Join DanceStream Projects’ dance artists for an hour of dance and storytelling championing our voices and celebrating community.

In this interactive dance class, we will progress through a warm up, combining dance and fitness activities to prepare our minds and bodies for movement and join together to share our stories through words and movement.

• No prior dance experience needed

• Activities can be done seated & standing
